Buy Marriott Bonvoy points with a 40% bonus

Until 23 December, earn a 40% bonus when you buy at least 2,000 points. When buying the maximum, you’ll be spending 0.89 US cents per point, which is ~1.37 AU cents. This could be a good opportunity to buy points in advance, but, it’s always best if you have a specific reward in mind.

Is your car insurance up for renewal? Virgin Money is offering up to 10,000 bonus Velocity Points for new car insurance policies purchased online. You’ll also get 15% off your first-year premiums.
Simply sign up for the cover online (direct through Virgin Money, not a comparison site) and enter your Velocity number when asked. You’ll get 5,000 points after holding the policy for 65 days, and another 5,000 points if the policy is still active after 6 months. The policyholder must be the main driver and their name must match the Velocity account.
