NOTE: The ANZ Rewards Credit Card has been discontinued and is no longer available as of November 2022. For those looking to earn flexible rewards points on spend, check out the latest cards line-up under the ANZ Rewards Program.
We left this guide up as reference for existing cardholders.
The ANZ Rewards Card offer cardholders the ability to earn flexible ANZ Rewards Points on everyday purchases. As an entry-level card, it does not include any additional benefits aside from earning flexible points on spend which can then be redeemed of gift cards or transferred to relevant frequent flyer programs such as Velocity Points, KrisFlyer miles and Asia Miles.
Digging into the details of the ANZ Rewards Classic
The ANZ Rewards Classic credit card earns ANZ Reward Points, which is ANZ’s own rewards program. We like flexible points programs at Point Hacks – they allow you to earn points in a single program with the ability to move them to a partner program of choice (such as Krisflyer) at a later date.

Summing up: ANZ Rewards Classic
The ANZ Rewards Classic credit card as mentioned is the entry-level of the ANZ Rewards cards range and as expected does not include any additional benefits aside from the ability to earn points on spend.
With a program like ANZ Rewards, the key benefit is in the additional options that having many program transfer partners on offer gives when it comes to redeem your hard-earned points. It does make managing your points a little more time-consuming as you have to factor that into your travel plans.
