The NAB Flybuys Rewards Card is a Flybuys points earning card. You will also earn 1 Flybuys rewards point per $ spent convertible to Etihad Guest Points.
Note: The Flybuys and Etihad Guest partnership will come to an end on 31st July 2018. Which means linked members will no longer be able to redeem Flybuys points for Etihad Guest Miles, collect Flybuys points via the Flybuys-Etihad booking portal or link Flybuys and Etihad Guest memberships after this date. This is the final blow to a relationship that has been suspended since December 2017.

The annual fee on this card is quite modest at $95. It also comes with seven different complimentary insurances including purchase insurance and travel insurance, which is active when you use your card to prepay at least $500 worth of travel expenses.
There are a number of reasons why you would want to transfer your Flybuys points to Etihad Guest points, but if these aren’t for you, you can also use your Flybuys points for several other rewards.
Summing up – NAB Flybuys Rewards Card
The card doesn’t compare too favourably with its peer, the Coles Rewards MasterCard, which offers 2 x the points earn rate, at a similar annual fee.
If there is a new customer bonus or offer for the NAB Flybuys Rewards card then it could be worth taking a look – but otherwise there are other options on the market worth considering if your focus is on earning points on day to day spend.
