Fiji Airways gears up for Nadi-Dallas flights
Plenty of reward seats are still up for grabs.
What we'll be covering
Incoming oneworld member Fiji Airways is adding another US destination to its roster, with the launch of Nadi-Dallas Fort Worth flights. Flying three times a week on the carrier’s flagship Airbus A350, the new non-stop service takes off on 10 December 2024, just in time for the Christmas holiday season.
Flight FJ890 departs Nadi at 9:15 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, arriving in Dallas Fort Worth just over 12 hours later, 3:20 pm the same day local time. The return flight JF891 then pushes back at 9:55pm later that day, arriving back in Nadi at 5:20 am two days later.
Return Economy fares from Australia to Dallas are now on sale, starting from $1,599 return. But savvy frequent flyers with Qantas Points can also look to redeem for reward seats. Fiji Airways has released generous award space on the route, with up to five Business Class seats per flight and even more in Economy.
You’ll need 37,600 Qantas Points + FJ$283 to fly Economy one-way between Nadi and Dallas, or 94,900 Qantas Points + FJ$283 to fly in Business Class. If you want to book a few seats in Business Class, be sure to act quickly, as US-based travellers will also likely be nabbing seats to enjoy a Fiji getaway from the States.

Fiji Airways is a firm favourite of travellers. It offers friendly, laid-back service and excellent catering in Business Class. The airline is also launching Chef’s Table, a pre-flight dining experience at Nadi Airport that any traveller can book.
The airline’s Airbus A350 is outfitted with 301 Economy seats and 33 Business Class lie-flat seats. We’ve previously reviewed Fiji Airways from Nadi to Sydney.
