How much does the Concierge service cost?
We charge a Concierge service fee to find your reward seats, provide detailed booking instructions, and offer the option for a one-on-one consultation via phone or Google Meet. The Concierge fee varies based on your travel request (number of seats, dates, travel class, type of travel).
Fill out your travel preferences and we will show you a price based on your preferences. Alternatively, you can find some pricing examples on our home page in the testimonials section.
There are no upfront fees because we’re confident in our ability to find flights for you, or we’ll inform you if we can’t – you only pay when you unlock your flight report.
Please note, booking reward seats requires covering airline taxes and carrier charges, which we’ll detail in your flight report. We always strive to minimise these costs. Additionally, you’ll need your own points to redeem the reward seats.
What is the process for using your service?
Start by sharing your travel plans on our platform. We’ll provide a fee based on your preferences, including the number of seats, dates, travel class, and type of travel.
Once you provide us with your email and mobile number, our team will get to work. We’ll notify you via text message and email as soon as we find suitable flights, or if we are unable to find any flights that match your criteria.
After you pay the Concierge service fee, you’ll receive a personalised flight report with your itinerary, cabin and lounge experiences, and booking instructions. Many of our customers also opt for a one-on-one consultation over Google Meet to answer any questions and assist with the booking process.
When do I make a payment?
We don’t believe in upfront fees because we are confident our experienced Concierge agents can find your reward seats.
You only pay the Concierge service fee after we’ve done the research and confirmed your preferences with you.
Once you pay, we’ll release the flight report with all booking details and instructions. We also offer a complimentary Google Meet video call or online chat to assist you with the booking.
If your seat is no longer available, we will find a new one for you. Please remember to book your seats as soon as possible, as reward seats tend to get picked up quickly.
Which frequent flyer programs do you work with?
We can help you redeem points with programs like Qantas Frequent Flyer, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, American Airlines AAdvantage, and many more.
We also assist with credit card points from programs like American Express Membership Rewards and Payment platforms reward points such as PayReward Points. If your program isn’t listed, let us know and we’ll see if we can help.
